how do i get the videos from my ipod to my compute?
i have videos on my ipod and im trying to open the folder onto my computer, but it says the recording file is empty, i know there is videos on there because i can watch them on my ipod, is there a program or software that i have to get from apple to allow me to transfer them onto my laptop? using windows7 and the ipod is a apple ipod model # A1320
