Is my iPad Jailbroken?
I bought my iPad from a legit Apple store in California, gave it to my dad for a few days to tinker around with, and only just realized that I have Cydia. Does this mean that my iPad is jailbroken? If so, can I download originally paid apps for free?

sounds like it is jailbroken.but you need some thing called installous downloaded from cydia.il run you through it if u need any help.
