can IPhone and Ipad apps work on other non-apple devices like other touch phones and tablets like the HP slate? or even on a normal pc using an emulator? is there a legal and illegal way to get the apps to work?
No. Those apps were made with the iPhone SDK which only makes them compatible for the iPhone, iPod touch & iPad.
