iPhone Replacement?????????

My iphone can’t connect to wifi and I am pretty should I has something to do with the hardware. I was just wondering if I can get my iphone replaced? because I have dropped it in water a few months a go and I have fixed it and is working fine until now with the wifi problem. I dropped the iphone in water about 5 months ago. it also has some scratches.
I will apple replace it?
