I don’t know any thing about Objective C, is there a book that teaches the basics?
I wanted to learn how to develop iPhone apps. I have no experience in any type of web or application programming or development. The most tech or technology work I ever learned or done is the basic configuring/testing Cisco networking routers and switches. As you can see I have a lot to learn. Can someone suggest any reading material I can purchase. I know I can probably take a college course, but I can’t afford school and I don’t qualify for financial aid. So I want to teach myself. I searched far and wide on the web, but the tutorials and books I gathered requires a basic understanding of Objective C programming. So I figure I need to learn this first. I’m getting one of the latest apple mac computer next week because I know you need a mac to actually program, code, or whatever it is. Any one have any advice in the best possible way a basic beginner like me can learn from scratch without schooling or knowing anyone who can personally train me? Thanks!
