Problem with my second generation ipod after update?
A few months ago I connected my old but always reliable ipod of the second generation to a foreign computer and put some songs on it with itunes when it prompted me to update my ipod. After agreeing and updating it, it has since not worked properly, the screen is blank and while the backlight does come in, there are only horizonal black lines to be seen.
Has anyone had a similar problem? I’ve tried all of the solutions on the apple website apart from restoring it, as I am unable to backup all my music.
Any further tips would be much appreciated!
