How to get iTunes to recognize my new ipod?
My old iPod reads and automatically syncs when I connect it, but my new one (the nano chromatic one) won’t read when I plug it in. Windows install tries to install it but asks me to insert the CD which came with it (as far as I know apple stopped releasing CDs with their ipods).
Apple support says download the new iTunes and have an active internet connection which I did and I do, and it still won’t recognize. Windows says the drivers are up to date. Can someone help?
Restarted and reset ipod, also registered it on Apples website. Still having the same issues.
have you registered it on itunes yet that’s probably why it wont recognise it
