Apple is launching through Service Providers Vodaphone & Airtel, not selling directly.The cost is not declared but the surmise is that the service providers are not going to subsidize the cost like in US & other countries and you may have to pay a full price for the handset which could be anywhere between 30K to 38K depending on the model and will be in stores by 22nd August.
