Does iPod Touch include dock to charge it?
I’m getting the iTouch next week and saw something on apple saying that it includes a “dock adapter and a stand”. Is this the thing where one can put the iPod to charge or is it just so that you can put it there so you don’t lose it or something?
It does not include a “dock” as you know it. The iTouch includes a USB cable to connect to your PC and that’s the only way to charge it out of the box. The “stand” they mention is a cheap piece of plastic that lets your iTouch stand upright so you can watch movies on it without having to hold it or lay it flat.
That said, I LOVE my iPod touch and you will too. But you’ll want to get an AC adapter for those long days at the airport.
