why i couldn’t turn on my Iphone 4? is dead.?
The iphone 4 is working fine i watch some video on it as usallly i put it in sleep mode for about an 1 hours after that i try to turn it on but is didn’t, is just like a rock couldn’t so any thing can’t connect to itune, can’t call apple support, i get online to get some support from apple but then they ask for my number wtf i don’t have any phone even in the message i wrote it said send to my email but they didn’t. Can someone tell me what happen or call apple support help me please, I only need serrious answer please no joke
Try charging for awhile,
also if its recognised at all by your PC you can put it in recovery mode and restore it.
Otherwise your gonna have to call apple or go to one of their outlets.
