Iphone 4 repair question?
Okay basically i dropped my iphone 4 on concrete and shattered the back glass panel, the front panel also has a crack in it, anyways when i dropped it, shortly after my network bars disappeared, then it went right into recovery mode, when i went to restore it i got error code 1013, did the gs.apple.com fix, still got error 1013, tried it on a different computer, still got error code 1013, i finally accepted that it needs service from apple, its less then a year old so it shouldnt be a problem, what im asking is, with 2 cracked panels will apple still service it because of the error code 1013 and it not wanting to come out of recovery mode?
Apple will repair any phone that’s not jailbroken. However, since physical damage is not covered by the warranty, you will be chaged for the repair.
