How can I unfreeze my iPod Touch?
I have the 1st generation iPod Touch and I just updated my software to iOS 3.1 but my iPod freezes while trying to turn on. I tried to restore, reset, and refresh my iPod but nothing seems to work. I’ve called the Apple Support number, 1-800-APL-CARE, and they can’t help me either. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE help me fix this problem. – P.S.: When I turn on the iPod, I see the Apple logo and a bar that only fills up 1/4 of the way and that’s all. I also tried to hold the unlock and home button and again, that doesn’t help.
To properly reset it you have to hold the power and home button at the same time until the apple logo appears then give it a few min, and if the restore has failed and this fails then you have to bring your ipod in to a tech, like the ones at the apple store.
