Why won’t my iPhone restore? Please help!?
I started the update to OS4, iTunes backed up my iPhone then failed somewhere along the line. Now, all the screen displays is the Apple logo. iTunes says my phone is in recovery mode and needs to restore, when I click on restore iTunes tells me the phone cannot restore “Unknown Error (21)”
