Are there ways to write legal (Non-JBreak) apps for iPhone and iPod Touch without using iOS SDK from Apple?
I am interested in writing apps for iPod Touch, iPhone, or iPad. Is there another way to write apps you won’t have to jailbreak your iPod to download, WITHOUT having to download Apple’s iOS SDK (http://developer.apple.com/programs/ios/ ) ? I’m looking to write simple-ish apps for businesses that after you open the you can access a website, check the business’s facebook or twitter, read newsletters, and other stuff like that. probably not…but I heard stories of 15 years or so old kids develop app for iphone.
