Why is the video black and white and has 2 of the same videos playing?
I have an Apple Component AV Cable (MB128LL/B) that I bought about 8 months ago. Since I had an old TV, it couldn’t function because it has to have 2 reds, 1 white, 1 blue, and 1 green jack in order to be connected to my iPod Touch (4th Generation and not Jailbroken because I don’t have any intention to Jailbreak it). Yesterday, I just got a Samsung LED TV (Series 4 4003). I tried the Component AV Cable, and the sound is perfect! There’s a problem with the video, though. The video is in black and white. Also, there are 2 of the same videos playing. It is blurry and most of the time cut off.
Can someone help me figure this out? I don’t know how to let my iPod and TV recognize each other (in order for it to work if this is possible). Maybe it is also because of the settings. The manuals didn’t help me at all.

What you describe is a common symptom of PAL over NTSC mismatch, but could be a variety of other issues as well, so make sure the video out of the ipod is configured to match the capabilities of your TV.
