what is the difference between an apple ipod classic 6 generation and 7 generation?

okay so what are the differences between the two?
and should i get a nano instead?
i want to get a classic because my current ipod is a 4 gig nano, and i am thinking of getting a classic because they have a lot of memory.
btw this is the one i want to get
and yes, it is a 7th generation

Actually the only difference is the memory change that the generations have, that’s it, besides that everything else is the same.

The 6th generation comes in 80 GB and 120 GB
The 7th generation comes in only 160 GB.

If you don’t have to many songs I would suggest just getting say a 16 GB ipod nano, they can hold roughly 4,000 songs or 16 hours of video. Plus the Nano is small and super thin and has a bunch of features packed into it. The new 5th generations, which are out right now have a Video Camera with 15 fun effects like Terminator, Black and White, Sephia, Film Grain, Mirror, Bulge, Translucent, and some others. Plus it has Voice Memos, a Pedometer to track your steps(it’s not very good though,lol) and an FM Radio with Live Pause and iTunes Tagging, hear a song you like on the radio, you can tag it, and then open itunes up and buy the song.

The Classic is basically just the Classic ipod, doesn’t have much, has a hard drive which can make the device freeze up sometimes and really doesnt have any features, so unless you need TONS of space, I would suggest getting the Nano. The New 160 GB Classic costs $249 new, the 16 GB nano costs $179 new.
