Ipod connection trouble?
My pc and my Xbox 360 will nor recognise my ipod.
Both tell me that no device is detected.
They will both charge the ipod via the usb,they just wont recognise it as a device.
Any one got any suggestions or remedies.
Apple customer services email is for sales only so please dont suggest that.

Just dwnloaded the new itunes and still no change. i have ipod nano 2gb and am using vista.
I guess it just died, but it still charges via the usb so its a tad strange
download the new version of itunes
