HELP! iphone stuck on apple logo even after restoring to factory settings?
My iphone started freezing last night and when I try to call today I saw the apple logo on the screen (just like you see when you restart the phone) So I tried turning it on and back off and nothing it was just stuck there, so I plugged it in and put it in recovery mode and tried to restore from a previous point, but it said that it couldn’t do that because of an error. So I restored it from factory setting and still nothing. All it does is load -from itunes it seems to believe its done it but all I see is the apple logo, it sometimes loads and now it dissapears if I try to force quit the phone, so I know it is not just frozen there.
I don’t understand what happened and how can I fix this:(
Try holding the on/off button and menu button at the same time, you might have to hold it for a few seconds but it usually unfreezes mine.
