Questions about the Apple Ipod Touch 3G please help.?
Hey, I know absolutely nothing about ipods this is to be my first Ipod. I am buying an Ipod Touch 3G by apple thats 8GB.
Okay here are my questions.
Will APPS take up any space? And if so how much is the average app?
Can I put MP3′s on it? My friend said I can’t and I HAVE to use Itunes to get songs on my ipod
Does it come with FREE wifi? Like do I need a data plan to connect to the internet or anything? Or do I have to purchase an app for something like that?
Can you put movies on it?
Does it have a camera?
Can you put an SD chip in the Ipod?
also, how do I get WIFI on the Ipod?
i have that exact same ipod. 
. its a great ipod!
you will need itunes to put all of ur music on. but if your music is on another program, u can just put the music u want on a cd and then re-open the cd with itunes to transfer your music.
apps are a part of your total space, but they take up a surprisingly small amount of space. i have 5 pages of apps and they have barely taken any space.
you can put movies, music videos, pictures, etc. on your ipod. i have tons of music videos and a full length movie on mine right now.
u do not need to buy wifi. u just need to be in a wifi hot spot. that means u wont get internet everywhere. i would highly reccomend getting wifi at your house if u dont have it already. most of the apps require a wifi connection, and its fun to have internet on your ipod.
there is no camera. but if u go on the internet and hold your finger on a picture, you can save it to pictures. also, a really helpful tip is screenshots. just press the home button and the power button at the same time.
there is no place for an SD card. everything is saved directly to your ipod.
