Ipod will not charge, just says “Connect to power.”?
I have had this problem for two days… when I plug my iPod in, I get the start up apple and then it goes to the main menu for about 5 seconds then says “connect to power.” I have done the hold, play/pause hold (reset) and it does the same thing. I went to apple’s websiteand it said because it is completly discharged to allow up to 30 minutes for some battery life to appear when plugged in. I left it in all night on my USB and it continued to do the same, so when I went to school I put it on my iPod stereo and still the same. Does anybody know what the problem is and what I can do to resolve it?
It’s a 16gb black nano 4g (no camera) and Ive only had it a year.
I’ve had the EXACT same problem with mine, except mine’s a ipod video nano. I’ve tried getting help with finding out what to do, and what’s wrong but I’ve never really gotten a good response. I went to the apple store once and talked to the workers and they kinda helped. The best advice they gave me though was to renew itunes as in getting the newest version of it? You could try that, unless you’re already updated with that, but that’s all I really know of. Hopefully that can help? Maybe?
