Will APPLE I PHONE 4 work in India?
Hi guys….
I’m from India.I would like to buy an Apple I Phone 4.But in India its too costly.
1 USD = 45 INDIAN RUPEES
I PHONE 4 32GB in INDIA = 42,000 INR
I PHONE 4 32 GB in US = 299 USD
In India its 3fold times costly than in US.
So i decided to get it from my cousin in US.
But some of my friends told me that it should be JAILBREAKed / UNLOCKed for using it in India.
So My question is:-
(1) What is Jail breaking?
(2)What is Unlocking?
(3)Can i,myself do jailbreaking / unlocking ?
(4)After jailbreaking / unlocking , Can i update the i phone ios when a new update is available ?
(5)Now I’m using BSNL network provider in India, will it work with the Iphone 4?
Guys pls reply soon coz my cousin will be back to India at the end of this month…
jailbreak means you can have free apps, icons,
unlock means you can use with any gsm carrier.
you need re-jailbreak it after the update.
