Programmers Produce And Launch A Fully Apple-compatible 4.1 Unlock
Two separate development teams have released programs that allow users of Mac computers to jailbreak devices running iOS 4.1. Both limera1n and greenpois0n are 4.1 unlock or “jailbreak” programs that hack through the security on Apple iOS goods, such as iPods, iPads and iPhones. The 4.1 unlock does not come without controversy and legality questions, however.
A mobile phone gets a jailbreak from 4.1 unlock equipment
A machine can get unlocked which is often times called “jailbreaking.” 4.1 unlock tools help this with a couple of specific details. Mostly, unlocking an iPhone or iPad means breaking apart the programming that runs the device so it can be edited to do whatever the programmer desires. A 4.1 unlock — also as any jailbreak or unlock — will entirely void the warranty on the machine.

Debate had been common around the Geohot’s release. He made the 4.1 unlock program. On 10/10/10, at 10:10 a.m., the unlocking of the iOS 4.1 with Greenpois0n was going to be launched by the Chronic Dev team. Chronic Dev had been beat by Geohot who launched his jailbreak the day before. A PC only had one option though. This was the Limera1n. As of today, nevertheless, the limera1n tool is also accessible for Mac, making two programs that could be used for Apple product unlock.
Unlocking with 4.1 is a questionable issue
People have always been working to crack the code that comes with the concept of “locked” programming. The original corporations may not have a good enough system for the user who wants to hack into it and improve what is going on. Others do it for the challenge.
