My ipod is broke lost receipt but it still under apple warranty i checked with the serial number read?
i bought my ipod but idk whats going on now it doesnt turn on, so i bough this at bestbuy but i dindt buy warranty from them but it still under apples, so what do i do? i just go to my local apple store and get my replacement and does it matter that i dont have my reciept, i wrote down the serial number so do i just give them that?
either hold down the home button until the connect to itunes thing pops up, then restore it, or just bring it back to the apple store, and they will give you a new one, thats what i did for my iphone, good luck!
