apple usb mass storage device not working?
Not able to get my ipod nano usb device to work. Try the trouble shooting on windows home 7 didnt work. removed it and reinstalled it and it still didnt work. Any help would be great to get this working.
There is a chance the device is damaged, or that you need to manually install a driver for it. Try it on another computer and see if it works. If not, the device is likely bad.
