My iPod touch won’t sync with my iTunes?
I recently updated my iPod touch to the latest software 4.3.3, and have the latest iTunes 10.2.2, and my iPod touch stopped syncing. iTunes recognizes the ipod, and when I press sync it says “Syncing Brooke’s iPod” and “Preparing for sync, step 1 of 1″. Now I know there are like 5 steps to syncing an iPod, so this was my first clue that something was wrong. I tried restoring my iPod, and now there are NO songs on my iPod at all. I’d really like for my iPod to sync!!! HELP PLEASE!!!
I’ve also tried Apple support, but I called twice and both times I was hung up on.
Plug your iPod in and on iTunes wear your iPod symbol is on the left, click on that then on the left above the iPod picture click on music and it’ll have syncing options. See if that works for you
