Help with ipod!?
Ok this is so complicated! Alright last year i got an ipod for christmas and so i got an itunes card also so then i went on itunes and i bought the music and so the music would not load onto my ipod so i called the Apple Tech Support Line and so i gave him the number on the case and so he told me that the ipod was not compatable with my computer and by the way my computer is a Window’s Vista home premium. So then i was thinking maybe i could import Cd’s on it but so then i returned it. But then for my birthday i am gonna get an ipod this one http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html/ref=sc_iw_r_1_0/601-1926721-0520902?ie=UTF8&asin=B0012S7GRY So does anyone have this ipod and computer and is it possible if i can put Cd’s on it! HELP!
Yes, my sister has that ipod and we have Vista and it works fine, CDs work fine with it.
Your old ipod should work fine with vista though if it’s only one year old. Make sure you have updated the software on it, which you can do by plugging the ipod in, and in the ipod heading on itunes, go “check for update”.
